This patient presented a unique challenge in that he had a good head of hair and wanted an exceptional outcome with minimal damage to his donor as he was certain that he would keep his donor area short.

The challenge here was to make sure the density and angles are perfect as one needs a lot of patience with curly hair and I am sure you have seen a lot of instances where the hair grows away from the skin instead of kissing the skin.

We managed to achieve the desired outcome with under 1500 grafts just in time for his big day.
