This 40 year old gentleman came to us with a 10-year history of hair loss.. On examination, he was diagnosed as suffering from  NW 4 pattern of hair loss and advised by Dr Reddy to use finasteride and minoxidil for stabilising the hair loss. We transferred 3200 grafts.
